The purpose of this Privacy policy is to provide a detailed description of how Litpay Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, will collect and use information provided by users of the website litpay.pl, including, where applicable, personal data. Please read this Policy carefully.

§1 Definitions

Whenever this document refers to:

Administrator – this refers to the personal data administrator as defined in Article 4 point 7 of the GDPR, which is the owner of the Litpay service, Litpay sp. z o.o. based in Poznań (60-389) at Swoboda 11, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000772632, with NIP number 7831797973 and REGON number 38260989000000.
  2. Service – this refers to the website operated by the Administrator under the name “litpay.pl”, available at litpay.pl.
  3. User – this refers to a person using the Service.
  4. Services – this refers to the ability to use the Service, including the content or tools contained within it.
  5. Personal Data – this refers to the personal data of Users as defined in Article 4 point 1 of the GDPR, provided in connection with the use of the Services.
  6. Processing of personal data – this refers to any operations performed on personal data as defined in Article 4 point 2 of the GDPR.

If there are any doubts regarding the method of processing Personal Data, the User can obtain explanations from the Administrator and has the right to submit a query, reservation, or complaint to the supervisory authority.

The basis for processing data is the legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), aimed at facilitating the use of Services and improving their functionality, as well as the legitimate interest of direct marketing of products and services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR); in certain cases, the basis for processing may also be the User’s consent, if given.

Information about certain User actions is subject to logging in the server layer. This data is used for administering the service and ensuring the most efficient provision of hosting services, as well as for evidentiary purposes in connection with committed offenses or circumstances related to civil claims.

The viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. Additionally, the following may be subject to logging:

  1. time of the request,
  2. time of sending the response,
  3. User’s station name – identification performed by the HTTP, HTTPS protocol,
  4. information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP, HTTPS transactions,
  5. URL address of the previously visited page by the User (referer link) – in case the transition to the Service occurred via a link,
  6. User’s browser information,
  7. IP address information.

Some of the above data is not associated with specific Users using the Service. The Administrator does not link this data with Users’ Personal Data and does not use it to identify Users, as it is used solely for server administration purposes.

If the User does not wish to receive cookies, they can change their browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may hinder, and in extreme cases, prevent the use of the Service.
